I deleted a huge amount of stuff from the playlist, and added a fair bit. Glenn and I are going to the desert to look for records this weekend (don’t ask) so who knows what will be on the playlist soon. Enjoy.

Culture FailureStuffI can’t seem to get rid of that crappy occasional noise that happens between tracks, so I’m going to switch broadcasting software and see if that helps. Just have to make time to get it up and running. I’ve got a bunch of new fun tracks to post but have been waiting to change the server. Edited PlaylistTrimmed a bunch of stuff out of Culture Failure’s playlist and added a bunch of new stuff. Hope you enjoy, and more is on the way. It’s Back KindaAfter a whole bunch of down time, we’re broadcasting culture failure once again. We started shoutcasting quite along time ago (5 years? I dunno) and the combination of being spammed by goons from myspace and bandwidth problems made me turn it off for a bit. We used to have an “upload more failure” link to let listeners contribute tracks they thought would fit in to our playlist, and I’m going to put that feature back in ASAP. I’m going to update the playlist (it’s exactly as we left it when we shut down…) and hopefully I can get The Glenn to contribute some new mixes as well. Finally, my apologies – this website is really ghetto, but it will have to do for now. If you have any thoughts or feedback, feel free to leave it here. |

just uploaded : "stars all seem to weep" is incorrectly labeled as everything but the girl, when it's actually beth orton, off the album central reservation. i can submit the track for you if you'd like. you've had this on the playlist for years now, and it used to come up with the correct tag, but ever since that downtime i've noticed some of the tracks are incorrectly paired with the artist : thanks for the note, blowing up the playist anytime now anyhow though, deleting a bunch of old stuff and adding alot more new. i'm thinking getting rid of most of the stuff with vocals is a good idea, those singers just never stop talking. : So glad you guys are back.
